Have you always wanted to try yoga but never thought it was for you? Then this class is for you! This series will allow you to meet your body’s needs through a body-affirming approach exactly as it is today. You will learn a variety of options so you can fit the pose to your body, not the other way around. The class will be in a small studio with a limited number of participants.
Please pre-register so we may keep a socially distant practice. All bodies are welcome; no experience is necessary. Great for beginners. Show yourself some kindness and meet us on the mat.
