Hand Hammered Himalayan Singing Bowls made in Nepal. The singing bowls are made of seven sacred metals; each bowl has a note which corresponds to a chakra. This bowl is “Himalayan Singing Bowl Note F.” It resonates with the root chakra. It is 8 1/4″ diameter. All singing bowls come with one rubbing mallet/inviter. The inviter is chosen according to the size of the bowl. Additional mallets are available for purchase.
