Our classes allow each student to drop into themselves and be curious. Guidance is given to maintain a safe practice with options to move as your body needs to move at any given time. We meet you where you are, honoring your bodies continuous changing nature.

Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep and is described as the consciousness between sleeping and waking. The recipient is guided into a relaxed state and different aspects of the body. It is excellent for reducing stress and self-empowerment.
